Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment : Shipping your package: Packages are generally shipped via UPS with tracking and delivery without a signature within 2 days after receipt of payment. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.

Regardless of the shipping method you choose, you will receive the corresponding tracking link to assess the status of your order.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees, as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while shipping fees vary based on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile items.
