Do your products contain THC?+

No. Cannadom products use natural hemp extract for flavoring and hemp seed oil as a moisturizing ingredient. They contain zero THC and no psychoactive substances. They are safe and legal to purchase across the EU.

Are your condoms safe to use?+

Yes. Our condoms are manufactured to GMP & ISO standards and meet all European safety requirements. They are made from natural latex and are suitable for contraception and STI prevention.

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept Credit/Debit Card (via a secure payment link), Bizum (Spain only), and Bank Transfer (IBAN).

How is my order shipped?+

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging — no mention of our brand name on the outside.

Can I return a product?+

For hygiene reasons, opened intimate products cannot be returned. Sealed, unused products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
