1. Age Restriction

This website sells adult novelty products. By placing an order, you confirm you are 18 years of age or older.

2. Products

All Cannadom products contain natural hemp extract or hemp seed oil for flavoring/moisturizing purposes. They do not contain THC or any psychoactive substances and are legal across the European Union.

3. Prices

All prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT (21% IVA for Spain). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

4. Payment

We accept Credit/Debit Card (via a secure payment link sent to your email/SMS), Bizum (Spain only), and Bank Transfer (IBAN). Payment must be completed within 24 hours of placing a card or Bizum order.

5. Shipping

We ship across the European Union. Delivery times vary by country (typically 3–7 business days). All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging.

6. Returns

Opened intimate products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Sealed, unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us before returning any item.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Spain. Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
