Is my order shipped discreetly?+
Yes — discretion is built in. Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging with no mention of Cannadom or the product on the outside. The sender details and parcel description are neutral, so nobody can tell what's inside. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days and you'll receive tracking once it's on its way.
Do I have to be 18 to order?+
Yes. Our products are intended for adults only, so you must be 18 or older to purchase. You may be asked to confirm your age at checkout, and we reserve the right to verify age. Orders that don't meet the age requirement will be cancelled and refunded.
Will the charge on my statement be discreet?+
We keep billing discreet. The descriptor that appears on your card or bank statement is neutral and does not spell out the product. We accept the secure payment options shown at checkout — card via a secure payment link, Bizum (Spain only), and bank transfer (IBAN). Card payments are processed over encrypted connections and your full card details are never stored on our servers.
What materials are your condoms made from, and do you offer non-latex options?+
Our standard condoms are made from natural latex. If you prefer to avoid latex, check the product page for any non-latex variants we carry, as availability can vary. The material and any lubricant or flavouring details are listed on each product page so you can choose what suits you. If you have a known latex sensitivity, read the product details carefully before ordering.
How should I store the products, and how do I read the expiry date?+
Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and sharp objects — a drawer or cupboard is ideal, rather than a wallet or car over long periods. Each pack is printed with a date marking; use products before that date and check that the packaging is sealed and undamaged before use. Damaged or out-of-date packs should be discarded.
What is your returns policy?+
For hygiene reasons, opened intimate products cannot be returned. Sealed, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us with your order details and we'll put it right.
Which countries do you ship to, and how long does delivery take?+
We ship across the European Union. Standard delivery typically arrives within a few business days of dispatch, depending on the destination, and you'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also check your order status from your account at any time.
