Return policy

For hygiene reasons, opened intimate products (condoms, lubricants) cannot be returned.

Sealed, unused products may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery for a full refund.

How to return

1. Contact our support team before returning any item.
2. Ship the sealed item in its original packaging to the address we provide.
3. Refund is processed within 14 business days of receiving the return.

Defective products

If you received a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement at no cost.
